The Na Na Kila Institute is is a First Nations run incorporated, non-profit society dedicated to the conservation, stewardship and appropriate development of ancestral lands of the Haisla Nation, with particular emphasis on the Greater Kitlope Ecosystem.
The Nechako Valley Food Network is governed by the Nechako Healthy Community Alliance, a newly formed nonprofit society aimed at supporting local initiatives that encourage healthy living. The Nechako Valley Food Network comprises of a group of volunteers that promote the growth and distribution of local agricultural products and educate individuals on how to grow and eat their own produce.

The RuralBC Secretariat was created in 2008 to work hand in hand with rural B.C. communities, ensuring they each have the tools to achieve their unique vision for the future. The secretariat is made up of the Regional Operations Branch and Strategic Initiatives Office.
